Management
Fitch Industries, Inc. is a privately held corporation owned by Kent Fitch, Samuel Fitch, and McKinley Fitch. These three men have over 70-years combined experience in construction management and project development, acquired while working with Fitch Plastering Corporation of California.

Kent Fitch
Kent Fitch began in the plastering business at 18-years of age. Through hard work and exceptional management skills he was successful in moving up the ranks in the construction industry, to be the General Manager over Fitch Industries, Inc. Along with his ability to manage projects, employees and nearly every aspect of each sub-company, Kent puts forth the extra effort in cost-engineering and design on every project. His personal touch is evident throughout Fitch Industries.

Samuel Fitch
Sam Fitch also entered the construction industry at a young age and with a knack for customer service and quality control was able to grow into a crucial company leader for Fitch Industries. Sam takes an active role in supervising the subcontracting, general contracting, and development divisions of Fitch Industries, Inc.

McKinley Fitch
McKinley Fitch managed field operations for Fitch Plastering and eventually began developing the relationship marketing that has become so vital and successful for the Fitch companies. Mac has worked to develop key business contacts to further enhance our vertically integrated corporate structure by bringing in development and real estate opportunities for Fitch Development.
